As the son of two Pakistani immigrants, I cherish my background and remain connected to my culture. Traveling to Pakistan allows me to see family and speak my parent’s native tongue, Urdu. Every time I visit my parents’ hometown of Lahore, I feel at home and can relax. There is no better feeling than being with family.
